Seisy and her litter of six almost-weaned kittens came in to the shelter on Sunday morning. After basic checkups, they were all healthy. I picked them up to provide them a quiet, safe space to finish growing up. Seisy is gentle but extremely shy. The kittens were not very used to humans either, but after a week of aclimation they have gotten much more comfortable around me. They were already starting to eat solid food when they arrived, and so they already had started developing some bad litter habits. So we have five litter boxes and lots of pee pads. They are getting better day by day with a little bit of coaching and practice.
